I had a couple of experiences with their services and I was happy all the time. Once, I had lost a small veggie knife I carry with me when I travel. I had brought it to breakfast to peel and cut some fresh fruits and I forgot it there. I remembered in the evening after all our sightseeing when I needed it again. It’s just a small knife but I’m so used to it that I would have been really sorry to lose it. I asked the restaurant and they couldn’t find it as in the evening they have different staff than in the morning. So I let the reception know so they could handle it with their different employees. After half an hour they called me in my room to go and pick it as they had just found it.
The second time I needed their customer services was because of a technical issue with the light. It suddenly stopped working. They called the technician and in half an hour everything was solved.

Obviously, you can have any drink you like. There are two machines to make coffee, tea, cappuccino, but there are also the waiters who can bring you the drink you want from the bar. On the buffet table, you will also find fresh juices and flavoured water with lemon or fresh mint.

Value for money
We stayed there also with my parents and we were all very happy about our holiday, the hotel service and facilities and the value for money. As a tip to save some money, we suggest to book well in advance. We booked our rooms several months before departure and we saved almost half of the price as our holiday was in summer, so high season, while the rates we paid were off-season.
Breakfast and WiFi are included in the room. At the reception you will also find the promotions of their spa and sauna.
